• Level 10 Realty was founded in 2008 by Seth Parker with the ambition of changing how people buy and sell homes. Cliche`, right? It seems like that's what every real estate company says when they set out to do business. More often than not, though, nothing ever really changes. Level 10 is different. We pioneer technology in the real estate business. We've been featured in newspapers, magazines, websites, blogs, massive national real estate conferences, and more as THE technology innovator in the Huntsville area. We pride ourselves on developing things that have never been seen before that will help people buy and sell homes in a better way...and we've done it quite often.
  
  While we've accomplished all of these great things, there's still nothing quite like working person-to-person, and we excel at that as well. At Level 10 Realty, we don't sell homes. That's the first thing our Real Estate Professionals have to realize when they come to work with us. We do, though, help buyers to find the right home and help sellers to find the right buyer. It may not seem like it, but that's a huge difference in how we do business as opposed to other real estate companies.
